MW How To - Signing in with Facebook

Introduction

Our product MW, requires users to login in with an email and password. If you have signed up to HackEx using a facebook account you will have assign a password to your account. It's quick and painless and should take less than a minute of your time. 

As an overview, we will be covering the following steps:

1. Forgot Password 
2. Send Request New Password Link
3. Assign A New Password

Step1 - Forgot Password

What we will do first is head over to the login screen of the mobile app and look for the text that says "forgot password?".

Step2 - Request New Password

After clicking the "Forgot Password" link you will be presented with the Request New Password screen, as shown below. We will type our facebook email address in the provided text box and then proceed to tap the send button. This will tell Hackex to send a password reset link to your entered email address.

Step3 -Assign New Password

Huzzah! Last step. Simply login in to your email account and look for the "Password Reset" email from Hackex. In the email you will find a clickable link. Click this link and your browser will open a new page allowing you to reset your password.

Explained

When you sign up with facebook, HackEx gives your account a blank password. What we are doing, is asking HackEx to replace that blank password with a real one. This way, we can use our newly assigned password and facebook email to login with MW. Success.
